This paper seeks to suggest methodological foundations to develop a new distribution planning methodology to meet the expectations and performance goals of the society as a whole.
The organization of the paper is as follows. In Section 2, it discusses the principal aspects concerning the proposed methodology. In section 3, it shows its general structural framework. Finally, in Section 4, it remarks some of the major aspects and makes observations related to the proposed methodology.
